What we collect
When you unlock your Welcome Basket we collect the name and email you submit, and optionally your planned move date and target neighborhood. If you sign in with a one-tap email link, we store your account and your saved Game Plan progress.
Business partners who purchase a listing also provide business details and billing information. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to open your relocation dashboard, save your checklist progress across devices, answer your messages, and send occasional local welcome updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Your profile and Game Plan progress are private to your account. Business listings you publish are public by design. Service providers (our hosting, database, and payment processors) may process data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@exploremesacounty.com. Unsubscribe links appear in every marketing email.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your checklist progress on your device.
